客户来信说:感兴趣的产品没有货了,询问产品的到货时间时,(为保证回复的时效性)可统一回复产品到货时间为:在20-40天后。

客户来信说:感兴趣的产品没有货,询问产品的到货时间时。在邮件的回复中分为以下两种情况:

1) 在邮件不会超期,时间充裕的前提下:

海外客服需要在follow up sheet 里填写客户咨询的产品名称或是链接,@国内客服帮忙查询,并及时回复。

或是可以直接在群里问值班的国内的客服。

2)在邮件比较紧急或许会超期的情况下:

为保证回复的时效性)可统一回复产品到货时间为:在20-40天后。


请注意:Fezibo的美国站点有wishlist功能,凡是在产品页面右上角有wishlist的产品,都可以建议客户将产品加入心愿单,这样他会在产品到货时,收到fezibo系统的到货通知邮件。


所有关于库存的邮件都需要回访:

首先需自行确认客户咨询的产品是否到货,并和客户确认是否购买成功,并询问是否还需要帮助。
